Our world has changed very dramatically over the last few years. These changes we are experiencing can be stressful and can negatively impact our overall health and wellbeing.
I’m here to help relieve some of that stress and to help you maintain and attain your best self. Research shows that physical activity can play a big role in your mood, health, in feelings of wellbeing and in having a sense of control over your life.
Let me use my professional skills to help you achieve this. I’m a former professional boxer, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, a functional training
specialist, sports performance specialist, FRC (functional range conditioning) mobility specialist and am also trained in yogic techniques. I will borrow from all of my areas of expertise when I design a customized balanced (joint mobility, functional strength, Cardio respiratory and fun) fitness plan for you. Over the last 10 years I have had the pleasure of helping people with different goals.
I am now accepting new clients who are serious about their personal fitness goals, including but not limited to:
