Personal Trainer servicing only the Peninsula of the Bay from San Francisco to Mountain View. I currently have a private studio located in Daly City. Here is what I offer in Personal Training: One of One Personal Training at my location - One on One Personal Training at your location -Partner Training Online/ Remote Training Personal training to your location will vary from the basic session rate offered. Online Personal Training will be priced at a different rate than the basic. please follow to questions and answer portions for more details. Special discounts rate: If you are ready to train, you will not have to pay a service fee initiation. To void this fee, you need to be ready for within a week or two. Here are my specialties: -Circuit Training -Muscle Endurance Training Weight loss Strength and Conditioning - Injury Rehabilitation For the potential client: If you are willing to travel to my location and come from a far away distance, respond back to me. otherwise I'm sorry to not able to train you. I'm serving clients from San Francisco to Mountain View to their locations. A Little Bit about me: I grew up in Los Angeles, CA, then moved up to the Bay Area to attend San Francisco State University to obtain my degree in Kinesiology. While graduating with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, I earned a certification of Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. From playing basketball and other sports, I found a passion for fitness.  My decision to become a trainer started with a freshman who didn't know how to use the weight room. After months of working with the freshman to gain strength and build muscle, I realized this is a passion to pursue, a passion to change lives through fitness. With over 14 years of experience, I have changed a lot of people's lives through fitness. I have trained clients who need to be conditioned to serve in the armed forces. Plus, I have trained clients who wanted to pursue law enforcement to build up their muscle endurance. Most importantly, I have trained clients who enjoy muscle endurance races, such as Spartan Races, Tough Mudder, and other kinds of races. With consistency and  commitment will equal results. With circuit training, you'll go pass on your expectations of what you can not do I like seeing a person change  their body dramatically when they spend a longer duration in training. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Single Session $ 80 per 1hr. session, must pay a 5 session package up front. If you buy an 8 session package, you will get one free Partner training is $160 per session. Session prices will vary from $ 85 to $95 per session if traveling to a location if you just want once a week, there will be a $20 extra fee included. A Service Fee Initiation $75 will be included for the first session only. To avoid the Service Fee Initiation, you must be ready to start within a week or two. For online Personal Training, will be $70 per one hour session. You will be using a Personal Training app that tracks your goals, body transformations, and nutrition. Due to inflation of gas prices, Will only be servicing from San Francisco through Mountain View.

Well do a meet and great. Get to know about your fitness journey and your goals that you want to accomplish. I would do a couple of fitness assessments for me to analysis towards the goals that to wanted.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 14 years ago, where a young guy came to me and wanted confidence in himself. With workouts to develop his body and nutrition plans to follow along, his body has changed and became a very confident person.

What types of customers have you worked with?

people who love fitness and want fitness a part of their life. I trained a couple of clients who needed to be ready for the military services and law enforcement. I trained people with a sedentary work life that needed functional training. I trained some injury recovery clients on shoulder knee ankles through exercise therapy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I've been training a client to pass their police exam. within half the amount if time with me, she passed her exam with flying colors currently, I will be training her to be police academy ready.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you want to a trainer that puts their heart into fitness, why not go with me. I will show your the way to your better self

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

your fitness journey can happen with a trainer like me by your side. Recently I had a shoulder injury that I needed to fix. So I end up seeing a personal trainer. I realize that seeing a trainer with your routines can help you up to paced in your fitness journey.
