I am also a Functional Training Specialist and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and have plenty of experience working with clients requiring training programs to work around any ailments or injuries. My martial arts background is a black belt in jiu jitsu and I have been training and competing for the past 12 yrs. I have also been an instructor for 7 years. This martial art uses skills ideal for a smaller opponent against someone larger which is very beneficial for women.
