What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Have 1 Month or 2 Month programs with 2x a week or 3x a week training sessions. PT sessions are an hour, progress pics and measurements, includes a personalized workout program, check ins, accountability, cardio program and diet help

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Will provide a half hour assessment, meet each other, assess mobility and see the gym. Before our meeting, I will email about ten questions to help me get to know you before the half hour session so I plan the best program for you based on goals, likes and past injuries and limitations to help you get results!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ever since college I wanted to to personal training, I took weight training classes and weight trained myself. When my husband and I moved to SoCal from Chicago about 15 years ago, I worked as a Sr Administrative assistant but wasnt for me so finally decided to pursue my dream and help others about 12 years ago. From my corporate experience, I handle my clients and business professionally. I love helping people get results and just feel better about themselves.

Trained a variety of clients and have gotten them great results, thus have retained clients as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure the trainer you work with is educated, has extensive experience, and will have a personalized program for you based on your needs and goals, which will help you get results safely and effectively. Doesn't just do random exercises with no reason for it other than that the trainer likes it. Also be sure you connect and like your trainer as a person, I have great retention of clients because clients like me as a person and I get results 😊
