Hi! I’m Veronica from MVPT (Most Valuable Precision Training) and I’ve been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist for the last 11+ years. I genuinely love helping people on their journey to becoming fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident. I have certifications in personal training, nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, pregnancy/postpartum training, and more. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building/toning, and nutrition coaching. I train individuals, duos, and small groups 😊 My husband and partner, Mike is an amazing certified personal trainer who specializes in Boxing Fitness. He’s a retired Navy Veteran with over 20 years experience training and helping people. Rates for solo sessions range $80-$90 per hourly session depending on the frequency, and $120-$130 per hourly session for duos. I also give a discount off the first session so potential clients can try out working with me at a reasonably low cost 😊 I’d love to help you get in amazing shape and be there every step to help guide through your journey. I work at a clean, private training gym in North Hollywood (there’s no extra membership fees at all), as well as virtually for clients who aren’t local. *Please note that Thumbtack charges pros a lot of money to be messaged by customers!*. I do currently have availability and flexibility in my schedule Mondays-Saturdays. Please message me preferably on Instagram @VeronicaLifts or on here if you’re a serious customer and think we could be a great fit for working together. Thank you!
