Hi! I’m Veronica from MVPT (Most Valuable Precision Training) and I’ve been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist for the last 11+ years. I genuinely love helping people on their journey to becoming fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident. I have certifications in personal training, nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, pregnancy/postpartum training, and more. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building/toning, and nutrition coaching. I train individuals, duos, and small groups 😊 My husband and partner, Mike is an amazing certified personal trainer who specializes in Boxing Fitness. He’s a retired Navy Veteran with over 20 years experience training and helping people. Rates for solo sessions range $80-$90 per hourly session depending on the frequency, and $120-$130 per hourly session for duos. I also give a discount off the first session so potential clients can try out working with me at a reasonably low cost 😊 I’d love to help you get in amazing shape and be there every step to help guide through your journey. I work at a clean, private training gym in North Hollywood (there’s no extra membership fees at all), as well as virtually for clients who aren’t local. *Please note that Thumbtack charges pros a lot of money to be messaged by customers!*. I do currently have availability and flexibility in my schedule Mondays-Saturdays. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Solo, hourly sessions are $80-$90 depending on the weekly frequency, duo sessions are $120-$130 total (to be split) also depending on the frequency. I give an additional 5% off for clients who purchase a pack of 10 sessions or more at once.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I set up an initial phone call just to learn more about the new potential client (their goals, health history, what exercise experience they have if any, etc). I want all potential clients to be able to work with a pro who’ll genuinely be an excellent fit for them and cater to their specific goals. After the initial call, if both the client and I feel we’re a great match, we’ll set up a starter session together which I give a discount on so they’re able to try working with me at a low cost. If we both feel it’s a great fit to work together then we’ll figure out a schedule and get to work on getting them to their goals 😊

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have various certifications in personal training, nutrition, pre & post natal training, and more that I’ve attained over the last 11 years. I also have a sports background and a journey myself with overall health, so I have a lot of knowledge from personal experience and empathy for my clients which helps me understand their goals and gives them the assurance that they’re not alone on this journey 😊

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was an athlete and played sports most of my life, and at the age of 20 I fully dove into personal training because of my love for fitness and an even bigger love of helping people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with both men and women, clients of all ages (as young as 10 all the way up through low 80s), various different backgrounds, people with no experience at all whatsoever all the way through advanced competitive athletes. I love what I do! As long as the client is determined and ready to get to work, I can help them get to where they want to be.
