i do provide payment plans for financial aid. also accepting visa,discovery, and mastercards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i will go over an assessment Q&A form to get information regarding injury, health concerns and personal goals to help the client achieve what there looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i am currently ACE certified personal trainer. i have 5 years of personal training expirience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i started helping friends at the gym with workouts and nutrition advice and i notice i was getting good feedback from people. i decided to make it a career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clientele of all ages, i was fortunate to work in a gym that provides a wide selection of clients for my better experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’ve been wanting an outdoor gym set up but never really had the space set up for it. Took many years for the opportunity but definitely looking forward to expand more in my business

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

i would definitely get to know all trainers around area and speak to them personally to see if there a perfect fit for you. it is a process but worth it

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

think of realistic goals for yourself or if its an event your want to participate in give plenty of time to train for it so you wont be disappointed if you did not reach your goal on time. progress can be a curvy journey.
