I have a passion for working with fatloss, lifestyle change and postpartum clients, but as a competitive bodybuilder, I also enjoy working with people who want to get stage, vacation, or wedding ready and need results quickly and efficiently. I believe in whole body health and have been a certified nutritionist with an emphasis in holistic wellness for almost 15 years as well as a certified personal trainer. I have transformed hundreds of bodies. I also am life coaching certified and believe in working on whatever is going on inside as well, to really tune in to how my clients may be sabotaging accomplishing what they truly desire. With me there is ZERO guesswork. I'm in charge of everything to ensure you will reach your goal: Your meal plans, supplement program, "homework"/cardio workouts and the resistance training we do in the gym are all included in our work together so we can accomplish a lifestyle change that you will maintain as you move through other goals in your life. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to get a feel for my client and how badly they want to achieve their goal. If they arn't committed I'm probably not the right fit for them. It's important for me to work with people who are ready to achieve their goal the right way and then to never do it again. I go through an extensive questionaire with a potential client as well as a phone or Skype session. From there we can figure out if I'm a good fit and I will understand how to customize their program so that it fits their life and can be successful with it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been running my own training and nutrition business since 2009 and have recently transferred my entire business to online only as I have found a way to guarantee success for people with remote access. I carry 4 personal training certifications as well as 3 highly respected nutritionist credentials.
