Introduction

FightFit is comprised of competing fighters and professional, experienced trainers bringing real Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing training to you, on your schedule. This training is customized to *you* - We get to know your goals, your level and your pace, and we build YOUR training program. Burning fat, building muscle, learning self-defense and everything in between will be focused on according to your own training goals. The depth of our sessions is the key to the amazing workout. You need something that pushes you, that you enjoy doing, and that keeps you mentally engaged. Not only will you be burning fat and building muscle, but you'll be learning a real, useful and physically demanding martial art in the process. We'll be teaching you the intricacies of Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing - technique work, pad holding, partner drills, throwing combinations and eventually sparring. We'll even bring you your own personal set of gloves and wraps! It is *impossible* to train with us and not get an amazing workout. In addition to all this, we use functional and fun equipment to round out your conditioning: ropes, ladders, medicine balls, bands and, most importantly, your own body weight. We also include nutritional coaching for those wanting to tackle this aspect of guiding changes in their body. Home workout plans will be designed for you so you can continue your progress between sessions. Every workout will bring the change you want, and no two sessions are the same. Finally, our sessions are 100% guaranteed - if you don't love it, you get your money back. You can see our 5-star reviews Yelp, and testimonials on the FightFit Personal Trainers website. Let us know your goals, and let's get training! - Matt

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The first session is $89. With that you'll get a fast-paced full hour session that will answer any questions you might have about what this training is like. We'll go over availability and package options from there!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Everything starts with getting to know who we're training with. We want to know your goals, your limitations and what is most important to you. We'll make sure to get in touch, answer any questions you have and then confirm the best time and day for the first session. From there we assess hands on, creating a program to suit your long-term goals that utilizes muay thai, kickboxing, boxing and self defense. We're your personal consultants for everything workout related, not to mention nutrition. Whether that's simple suggestions or in-depth diet coaching, we've got you covered.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team isn't made up of just trainers, we're competitors. All of us are either professional or amateur fighters teaching what we actually use in high level training every day. On top of this we have decades of combined experience teaching a huge variety of clients in a variety of settings. We are professionals with a proven system and the competition experience to back it up.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started training in combat sports in 2003. After years of competing in and teaching MMA, muay thai, kickboxing, boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu, I decided to expand my reach and created FightFit Personal Trainers in 2015.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My team and I have worked with so many different people that it would be easier to say who we haven't worked with. We've trained people from 13 to 70 years old, short, tall, large and small. People who have never worked out or played a sport in their life, to professional fighters, athletes and celebrities. We've even found that most injuries and disabilities can be worked around easily.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite stories is the success of our client Ben. He started out overweight with debilitating social anxiety, but decided that he wanted to commit to changing his normal. Within a few months of dedicating himself to a diet and workout plan, Ben lost more than 30 pounds and found a new confidence with himself that he'd never had previously. As of this writing, Ben is still a client and an ongoing project that we are truly proud of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Try before you buy! Any trainer asking you to buy a package of sessions before you've actually trained with them isn't confident in what they're selling.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
- What are my main goals? - What am I willing to commit in time and energy? - What aspects of training do I enjoy and dislike the most?
