Self Defense with Brie

I've been in the business of self defense training for six years. My teaching style is heavily influenced by the techniques of Krav Maga. I've been a student of Krav Maga for over ten years and am certified in self defense instruction. I specialize in training people from all walks of life on how to defend themselves from opponents of all sizes in mid to close range attacks. Training with me will teach you how to build better awareness, strengthen your endurance, how to keep your composure in a fight and overall how to use your body as a weapon quickly and effectively.
