Sessions are 60 minutes long! My Pilates studio & full gym are located in Laguna Niguel, right off Crown Valley and the 5 freeway.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Sessions are 1 hour. pricing is 120/session. House calls are 150-165/session depending on location. I recommend a minimum of twice a week. 3-4 is optimal! I can provide workouts to do on your own outside of sessions with me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'll schedule a single session to see if we are a good match, before booking out long term :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of experience in Pilates, 8 in personal training, 3 years of anatomy.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a dancer for 20 years. I went to cal state Long Beach and received my BA in dance/dance science. From there I dove into private Pilates & personal training and have been training for the last 8 years.
