I'll guide you through exercises and techniques that are specifically designed to achieve maximum results for your goals while ensuring proper form and technique. Throughout your fitness journey with me, I'll track your progress through regular weigh-ins and body fat percentage measurements, adjusting our approach as needed to help you reach your goals faster. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each client I work with. But my expertise isn't limited to the classroom. As an athlete since high school, participating in track, soccer, and rugby teams, I understand the dedication and hard work required to achieve success in sports and fitness. Today, I continue to compete as an avid purple belt in Jiujitsu. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and empower them to conquer their limitations. With my unique background and expertise, I can create comprehensive training programs that are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each and every client.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
