I offer a price per single training and also deals on packages of 5 or 10 training sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would have a phone call to determine your goals and objectives, also your current body condition, if there are any injuries or limitations. Or if you have a specific goal that you would like to achieve. From there I will create a specialised tailored workout program that we will follow for the agreed amount of time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in sports most of my life, so it just came naturally. I love fitness and working out. I am very passionate and knowledgable about heath and fitness in general and it makes me very happy to see that my knowledge can help so many people drastically improve their life, health and the way they feel in their body.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients are mostly women or couples. Usually people who would like to loose weight, feel more confident, get fit, overcome/ recover from an injury or achieve overall better health and live a healthier lifestyle.
