Included with your training package, I can build a PERSONALIZED fitness and nutrition program for any body type, need, or goal. If you follow the outlined game plan, you WILL get your desired results! I train my clients in a clean, fully-equipped private training gym in Burbank. This facility provides everything needed for specialized & individualized results. Membership is required at the gym so keep that in mind. I offer bulk discounts if you buy 10 sessions it’s 5% off total & 20 sessions is 10% off total price. If you are solely looking for a certified nutritionist, I can design a customized nutrition plan for you, whatever your goal. Examples are fat loss/muscle gain , performance/athletic based plans, alleviating ailments/conditions/diseases, general health & well-being. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a consult and 1-on-1 fitness assessment. With that, I can determine the client's fitness level, fitness goals, health history, physical deficiencies & strengths. Then I formulate a CUSTOMIZED fitness program which will help them reach their goals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working as a personal trainer for the "big box" gyms in 2000. I worked my way up to become district manager for several popular fitness chains until I decided to go fully independent in 2014.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common type of customer I have is helping individuals achieve weight-loss. About 85% of the people I train would like to lose bodyfat and get toned. I welcome all type of people with all type of goals. I work with those wanting weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, better health/nutrition and much more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud and fond of every client I work with. Fitness is not an easy undertaking and making an investment in health & fitness is commendable for anyone I coach. I’m right there with my clients every step of the way to help guide them (and hopefully YOU) to desired results!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research. Find someone who has a track-record of success. Additionally, make sure you have a clear-cut, measurable goal. For example, "I want to lose 15 lbs of bodyfat by January 1st." (Rather than "I want to lose weight")

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is their motivation for fitness? Try to find a real, underlying motivation for wanting to be healthy and/or wanting to change their physique. I find that people who tap into the real, emotional reason(s) for deciding to change are more successful in reaching their goals. For example, a client may say “I’d like to look good for summer.” But when questioned further, their real reason for wanting to “look good” is because they feel like they are overweight/underweight and they want to feel better about themselves. The goal is not just to “look good” but to get healthy. It’s this emotional motivation that will really fuel a person to reach their full potential.
