Introduction
From a young Marine to granite slab installer, I found myself dealing with chronic pain and injuries. This led me to find the solution to these problems through strength and conditioning. In 2008 I became certified with NSCA as a personal trainer. In the years since becoming certified I have worked with wide array of clients - from clients of 83 years of age to professionals athletes in the midst of their career. My passion is to help other become the healthiest version of themselves and to see everyone I work with accomplish their goals. Methods/ modalities: Weightlifting, functional fitness , small groups, TRX, Boxing and mobility.
