Most people don't know how to get stronger using calisthenics and only associate this training modality with high rep sets of partial range of motion push ups, occasional sketchy looking pull ups, jumping jacks, etc. That's the modern way of doing calisthenics and we are determined to change that by bringing the old and forgotten method of strength training. This method was used by ancient Greeks in Sparta, ancient Romans and many other civilizations of that time. More recently, it's been used by monks in Asia, martial artists, and some old-timers, but most of it has been lost in time. The old method will teach you how to get as strong as possible using exercise progressions that will manipulate the leverage of your body and challenge your muscles like they've never been challenged before. I try to utilize our beautiful Bay area weather and landscape. Joaquin Miller Park, Lake Temescal,and Alameda Beach just a few examples of where you can get an amazing workout outside. I can come directly to your house, I have all the equipment needed for a great workout. I can also meet at a gym if you prefer that style of training. I also feel if you make it fun for your client they are more likely to stick with their workout routine.
I am a very caring, honest, punctual professional. I go Above and beyond to make sure all equipment is sanitized after every use.
I customize each and every workout for every client geared toward their wants and needs, long and short term goals. I will also stretch you throughout your workout to achieve a full body workout, including stretching!
