Introduction

GET STRONGER USING YOUR OWN BODY! Most people don't know how to get stronger using calisthenics and only associate this training modality with high rep sets of partial range of motion push ups, occasional sketchy looking pull ups, jumping jacks, etc. That's the modern way of doing calisthenics and we are determined to change that by bringing the old and forgotten method of strength training. This method was used by ancient Greeks in Sparta, ancient Romans and many other civilizations of that time. More recently, it's been used by monks in Asia, martial artists, and some old-timers, but most of it has been lost in time. The old method will teach you how to get as strong as possible using exercise progressions that will manipulate the leverage of your body and challenge your muscles like they've never been challenged before. It is time to go back to this old-school training method that has been tested for thousands of years and has a proven record of delivering results!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1.** Book a Free Consultation. Meet with one of our trainers to talk about your goals, medical history, assess your mobility and of course try a few exercises. This is also a great opportunity to see if you like your trainer (we know it’s important to you). You can request your consultation here. 2. **Personalized Training Program:** After your consultation your trainers will create a custom training programs based on your fitness level, goals, and available equipment (or lack thereof). Every plan is designed to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. 3. **Pick Your Workout Space:** With virtual personal training, you can workout anywhere. How awesome is that?! You have the freedom to train in your living room, backyard, park or your local gym. 4. **Pick Your Schedule** We work with our virtual clients the same way we do with our in-person clients. So you’ll need to pick your training frequency: 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x per week. 5.**Start crushing those goals!** Your coach will make necessary adjustments to your training plan, ensuring you continue to see improvements and stay motivated. With video sessions and continuous support, you never have to feel alone on your fitness journey!

We think that best trainers never stop learning! And we definitely strive to be the best personal trainers we can be , which requires us to constantly invest in our continual education. We have dozens of certifications and we have attended many workshops lead by some of the top professionals in the industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all sort of clients including athletes of various sports, professional models, etc. However, vast majority of most of our clients are regular people with desk jobs who want to lose weight, get stronger, etc. Our youngest client was 10 years old and my oldest one was 82. We also have experience and credentials to work with pregnant clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just look for trainers with experience or recommendations. Make sure to check your trainer's credentials to see how many certifications they have, what books did they read, etc. Last thing you want to do is to hire a trainer with 20 years of (part time) experience with 1 certification that they took online in 1998 that has probably expired. Good trainer never stops learning!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for certifications and similar experience. Have questions specific to your fitness goals that your future trainer should be able to answer.
