I am a Health and Wellness Professional combining fitness, education, behavioral modifications, and movement patterns to assist in your daily living; with the additional use of mindfulness strategies to assist your exercise experience. I specialize in Senior Fitness, Fall Prevention, MS, Parkinson's, Stroke Rehabilitation, Dementia, TRX, and Functional Fitness. As a Personal Trainer, I will provide a health and fitness program for you, which will be safe, challenging, goal orienting, and fun! I am constantly educate myself in different areas of Personal Training. National Specialist Certifications: Senior Fitness Specialist ACE Orthopedic Specialist ACE Stroke Recovery Multiple Sclerosis Parkinson's Dementia

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a passion for exercise, health, and fitness. I also connect with an array of individuals. I decided to share my passion with you, so you can find your own success, your own happiness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Personal Training: Specialize with Seniors. However, I see many different aged individuals with different body types, different health issues, and different goals. I listen. I connect to you I am proud of my retention rate. Relationships are developed and held dearly with deep attention to each client I educate, instruct, coach, create a program that will challenge you. A program that you'll enjoy, make you smile, and make you feel good about yourself and your success. From your health screening information and our initial assessment; I will create an exercise routine that fits your lifestyle, your time, your goals. My approach builds self-esteem, self-reflection, and self-compassion so you will be motivated to maintain your program.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My client who had Parkinson's for over 22+ years. I was very lucky to have met and worked with him for the last 4 years of his life. The days we exercised, he worked very hard; only stopping when he he had no more energy to give. After he passed away, his doctor told me, 'he lived a longer life due to the love, support, and routine you provided for him. he was very happy you were there for him.'

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's all about the connection. If we connect, then comfort, safety, success is within your grasp.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am more than a Personal Trainer. I provide mindfulness, guidance, maintenance, reassurance, and support to help transform your life. For the Aging Adult, individuals with MS, Parkinson's, and other Neurological disorders: I am a bridge from your healthcare provider to your everyday life. I fill the gap between your physical therapy and your functional independence. I work with your support team including, your family, friends, and caregiver.
