Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
In the first session, I like to see the fitness level of each client, and build a program based off of their current level. Everyone comes in with different skill and experience so you should treat each client with that in mind.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
National certifications in NASM CPT, NASM PES, N1, kettlebell, & TRX

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I used to be very very skinny, and while I was extremely active, I didn’t really understand nutrition and how to use weights to put on muscle. Once I upped my education through national certifications, I got to the point where I was able to change my body’s appearance/energy at will, and I wanted to share that knowledge with the world.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Pregnant, women, men, and rehab.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be sure that you pick someone who knows what they’re doing, always updates their knowledge, has patience, and brings consistent positive energy to every single session.
