What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New client intake involves a multitude of tests and assessments to ensure we take the correct steps together initially and I understand exactly what you're going for! *pre-qualification *goal assessment based off S.M.A.R.T. model *PAR-Q *physical assessmentstrength including pertinent measurements and structural assessments

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

MS kinesiology (in progress) BA sport management Certifications: ISSA- certified fitness trainer Axiom performance Coach Dotfit nutrition and supplementation certification NCCPT

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wokeep up one morning December of 2011 saw myself in the mirror and was not impressed. I was classified as obese based on body fat percentage. I was so embarrassed. Here I was, a lifelong athlete, in a position where I was totally unhappy and had 0 confidence. That same day I hired a trainer! No matter how much I didn't like it, I did everything they told me to! Over a 6 month period I lost 88 pounds! Seeing what they body is capable of inspired me to help others see results!
