I offer a 10% discount to all of our active military familes

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our philosophy is to work on a client-based approach with our clients working on behavior change that results in long term results. We take things slowly, so you are not overwhelmed and can focus on small tasks to move forward in your journey so you can have long term results and be successful with your goals. We mainly work in a remote, online setting using zoom to have the best face-to-face personal interactions, but if the situation arises we can accommodate in person coaching.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

University of Central Oklahoma- Kinesiology Brookbush Institute- Human Movement Specialist, Personal Trainer Precision Nutrition- Level 1 Nutrition, Level 2 Master Health and Wellness Coach

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been working in this industry for 20 years. As a former softball/volleyball athlete I know what it takes to perform at the highest level. As a mom of 4 kids and entrepenuer I also know how life can be so busy, it can be hard to take care of yourself. My passion is to help people move forward in their health journey at a pace they feel confident with so they can see progress and regain their wellness to live the best version of themselves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from elementary school kids learning to run to 80+ year old clients who need to focus on mobility. I have many certifications to work with clients of all ages.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure and pick a coach/trainer that is aligned with your goals and can help you be successful. Make sure they are full educated and trained on both physical training and nutrition as they do go hand in hand.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know what your goals are and the WHY's behind them. Its easy to think you want to lose XXX amount of weight, but why do you want to weight that much. What does your final result look like?
