Introduction

Hi, I'm Ambrose! I'm a problem-solver at heart and a firm believer that progress is meant to feel exciting, not stressful. My passion is helping people discover what they’re truly capable of—physically and mentally. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just starting your fitness journey, I’m here to make the process not only effective but enjoyable and tailored to you. My clients say they appreciate how I listen, personalize every session, and make sure they are safe and supported. I love helping people set big goals, break them down into achievable steps, and celebrate every win along the way. I’m not afraid to ask the tough questions, ensuring we take a holistic approach that ensures nothing is overlooked. For me, it’s about more than just the workouts—it’s about building healthy habits, enjoying the process, and creating lasting change. I’ll bring my education and experience to help you overcome obstacles and build momentum, but your commitment to showing up and taking action is what makes the difference. I have first-hand experience and time working 1-on-1 with clients in: - General Fitness and Wellness - Senior Fitness - Tactical Performance (Police, Fire, EMS, Military) - Physical rehabilitation - Neurological Health - Specialized Populations - Pre/Post Natal Fitness - All levels of Sport Performance - youth to pro, in both team and individual sports, as well as adventure and outdoor pursuits. I’m proud to refer to a trusted network of physical therapists, healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and specialized fitness professionals when a client's needs go beyond my expertise—because your well-being always comes first. Outside the gym, you'll find me adventuring and enjoying with my wife, Serena, and our pup—always learning, exploring, and bringing that same spirit of curiosity and growth to my work with you.

unfold fold
Options, options, options! Various membership pricing schedules that ensure you get the value you want at the right price for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First a short phone call to establish we are a fit. Then a scheduled discovery session where I get to learn more after a deeper dive into how I can best help you. This session is when we establish a plan, and you decide upon the option that best fits you. Followed by starting your services with a launch session or week, which establishes fitness baselines, measurements, and real numbers that matter to you. After that, a solid plan and program are created and actioned upon based on your proven abilities. There are occasional variances to this depending upon certain factors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began training and coaching NCAA college athletes as a strength & conditioning intern while also an active student-athlete. Around the same time, a friend approached me about planning and coaching their workouts in addition to helping improve their health. I quickly found enjoyment sharing my experience and understanding. Combine that with the dream of starting my own business for as long as I can remember, and here I am.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A middle-aged male cyclist wanted to ready himself for a long road race later that same year. He had the aftermath of a plethora of previous injuries suffered through sports and a life-long active lifestyle. He was also suffering from low back pain and chronic joint instability in multiple lower-body joints. His goal was to be cardiovascularly capable and mentally ready to finish his race, eliminate his low back pain, and to improve his health and stability. Helping him get to his goal of finishing his road race is still in the process. We are about 3 months out with about 7 months of consistent training and coaching already undertaken and integrated into his performance lifestyle. This far along, his low back pain is gone, posture has improved, pain from previous injuries reduced, balance and stability significantly improved, and easily completing multiple 25+ mile cycle rides are a regular fixture in his weekly independent training schedule. He’s excited to show up for race-day to say the least!
