I graduated from California Miramar University with a bachelors degree in business administration while playing baseball throughout my college years. It was through baseball that I developed a passion for strength training.
I trained friends, family, and coworkers with the knowledge I gained from my own personal training as an athlete. I was always able to help people get stronger and see results.
In 2024, I was able to help people lose fat as well once I learned more about nutrition. At that point, I decided to start my training business as an in person trainer and online fitness coach due to my passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
I studied and became ISSA certified shortly after that. My focus is to help people lose fat and build muscle without spending hours in the gym or restrictive diets. All it takes is a solid plan with consistency and effort and that’s what I am here to help with.
