National Exercise Sports Training Association certification. Helping Hands CPR/AED certification. 24 hour fitness, Equinox, and Independent personal trainer. 10 years of strength training experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As most former athletes do, I began pursuing my personal fitness goals in the gym. Overtime, members would approach me for advice/tips upon similar goals, then I had no answer. After noticing this pattern, I started self studying to match knowledge with experience to provide help

All types. I've been fortunate enough to have had managers who would assign me clients outside my profile and training style to challenge in evolving as a trainer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a 20 year old college student who was 40 lbs overweight lose 25 lbs in 3 months. I showed a woman that it wasn't too late to lose 10 lbs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say, what gets you out of bed to show up when you don’t feel like it. That’s what’s going to get you through being discouraged, tired, stressed, and persevering
