I also focus on the other components of physical fitness: cardio, respiratory, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. In addition, I also work on agility, balance and coordination. I have worked with a variety of individuals, from teens to senior citizens and from able-bodied to the disabled. So if you are just starting out or simply seeking a better quality of life, I can help you reach your goal. We will work hard, but we have fun!
