What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Training sessions at my private gym in Redlands start at $45 per session. There are special offers for first time buyers which we can go over in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to go over the goals, struggles, and experience of every new customer I have. Discovering their goals and struggles they've had in achieving those goals helps me create the best plan possible to deliver results for my new clients as soon as possible. The level of experience with fitness my new customer has will help me understand where they're at and what exercises and nutrition coaching approaches will be best for them. After doing this I create a workout plan and meal plan for my new customer and have them set up on my training app where they can reference their workout plan for any workouts they need to do on their own, and meal plan to know how and or what to eat in order to reach their specific fitness goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified Master Trainer through the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA), and a Certfiied Personal Trainer through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). I also have certifications as a Nutritionist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the ISSA as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began training at a commercial gym as a fitness coach, and eventually chose to work as an independent trainer in order to train clients according to what they needed for their goals, and not according to the training packages offered by the gym.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked mainly with Women and Men ages 25-65, specializing in building lean muscle, toning, and weight loss.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped my client Jacob lose 13 pounds in just under 2 months of training with me. We still have a long way to go, but to help someone get so close to their goal weight and see their body transform the way they want it to is very fulfilling for me and reminds me why I love fitness and helping others achieve their dream body.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a trainer that has solid reviews and has helped someone similar to yourself. Try out some training sessions for free before committing to anything long term to see if it even works for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your fitness goals? What's your number one struggle right now? Where do you want to be in 6 months from now? If nothing changed 6 months from now how would you feel? How much of your diet and lifestyle are you willing to change to achieve your fitness goals?
