What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing structure is based around 3 month training cycles. Discounts start at 6 months and increase for longer periods. Ask for details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every new client is given an assessment to find your strengths and weaknesses as well as what your goals are. With this information I can build a custom program that is designed to improve the specific areas you need attention with and work towards achieving your desired outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified strength coach and also a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength and Fitness. I'm also a certified Spartan SGX coach, specializing in training based on obstacle course racing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I feel my best when I'm able to perform at my best and I know this to be a universal truth. My goal is to help people find and pursue an active lifestyle that will help keep them healthy and mobile for as long as possible.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everything from mothers recovering from abdominal surgery after birth, to athletes who have taken podium finishes. Elderly clients working to retain their vibrance and vitality to high school students looking to lose weight before college. As a native to the area I have coached the wide variety of nationalities, orientations, and unique personalities the bay area has to offer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

March 4th 2022 I started a 4x4x48 challenge. The point of which is to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. So that at the end of the runs your total distance would be 48 miles run. I ran 7 of the twelve legs and biked 12+ miles each for the remaining legs. When all was said and done on May 5th I had run 29.56 miles and biked 70.53. I ate and slept so well afterwards!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you click with, who makes you want to show up and give it your all.
