I’Ready to train? I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and have worked with all types of clients from those with injuries to building strength. I have a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science at Cal State Monterey Bay in 2011. I started as an assistant soccer coach and strength condition coach at Skyline community college for both Men’s and Women’s soccer programs. I have also worked as a Fitness Director and Manager for multiple gyms. I build tailored program layouts for all types of clients. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, athletes, cardio, and functional training. I became a trainer to change people's lives. The price depends on how many times you like to workout and your fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I normally take them through a full body assessment to check there VO2 max, flexibility, upper body, lower body and core strength. From there I find out what kind of program they will need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology and my focus was exercise science. Also been a fitness manager and trainer for over 5 years .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to school at Cal State Monterey Bay, decide to get my degree in Kinesiology and focus was exercise science. I really wanted to help people become a lot healthier and slow down the number of obesity rate.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all sort of people from losing weight,gaining muscle and getting stronger. One of my favorite people to work with are injured because it gives challenges me to sometimes think out of the box. Also love to get people stronger.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I've been training a guy who really wanted to lose his belly fat and become more muscular from his upper body. We started at 22% body fat two and half months ago. Now we are at 17% body fat and going to get lower. Also I have got him a lot strong from his upper body which is helping develop the upper body he wants.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How committed they are to their fitness goals. It's really makes a difference because it can really help the client and trainer to be successful.
