What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When working with a new customer there are a few steps I take to insure we are creating the appropriate program for YOU and YOUR goals. First, all new clients are asked to fill out a short intake form located in my bio. I will review your answers and setup a time for a 30-60min phone call or zoom chat to discuss. From there we would schedule a date to have you come in for a FREE initial assessment session and I will begin to write an individualized training program based on your individual goals, any limitations and requested training frequency. Please feel free to email or find me on social media if you have any questions. I personally respond to every email and DM.
