Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Not only do I continue to study and learn the art of fitness, but I've also started to pursue a career as an EMT paramedic.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started working out at a younger age. I got really interested in not only training but the anatomy part of it all as well. It led me to getting my certification and pursuing a job as a trainer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Active exercising and learning how to do them. Getting the heart rate up and into the fat burning and cardiovascular zones for improved performance. In time you will see that it doesn't take much more than simply getting 30-60 min of activity a day to live a healthier and longer life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I've helped many people lose weight and gain strength. But helping someone with arthritis or a chronic illness has always been more rewarding. Although it can be challenging for everyone involved. Seeing someone rise up from a serious illness and feel great makes me feel like I did something amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I can open the door for you to a life of feeling great and being healthy. But you must walk through it and put in the hard work. No matter how much we train. If you aren't doing your part, you simply won't see results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
You can't out train a bad diet. If we only train 1-3 days a week, you must find it in yourself to eat right and try and workout in your own time.
