Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We start everyone on 12-16 weeks of coaching.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We first have a short phone call to go over goals and logistics of training. We then book an hour in person assessment. This is also a strategy session where we put together the best possible outline for their success and give a couple different options in full package form.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a BS degree from middle Tennessee state U. With an emphasis in exercise science. I currently hold 11 nationally credited certificates 2 of which are in nutrition, with the other in different areas of personal training.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All shapes, sizes and ages: -16 year old high school athletes and kids trying to learn sports -Mostly professionals who not only want to kill it at the office, but also want a strong, fit, healthy body to go with their great career -Countless people happily losing lbs of unwanted body fat (6 who lost >100 pounds!) -Physic competitors & body builders -Weekend warriors preparing for Spartan, Sprint or Tough Mudders -Tons of brides and grooms preparing for the big day -One of our oldest clients (73 yrs old) used a walker when we started. She now walks blocks at a time with zero assistance!! -Our "type" is the kind of person ready to get results, ready to commit to reaching their fitness and health goals, ready to grow.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently had a 41 year old male client who was in good shape, ate healthy, and exercised regularly. He was 5'8 154 pounds with about 16% body fat. In three months I helped him drop down to 136, and have 10% body fat. For the first time in his life he had a six pack.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Talk first before you commit. Have an initial interview and assessment plus complimentary session with a few different professionals. Most personal trainers will provide this, that way you can find the best personal trainer to fit you, your goals, and your personality.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure you focus on what you want! You need to figure out what you want to achieve and why you want those results. That's how you will be successful.
