Fit For All is a bilingual delivery personal training service. What's that mean? I come to you! (voy a ti!) Whether you like to workout at home, in a park, with friends or another creative space, I focus on creating inclusive routines that are truly sustainable! I'll bring a small set of equipment that we can find ways for you to replicate on your own in between our sessions, and we'll get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA, with CPR certification. Started working and learning how to best serve clients as a trainer at Crunch Fitness before deciding to begin my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with everyone from athletes to amateurs. Kids, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Customers with health issues such as diabetes, back problems joint limitations, ankle and shoulder surgeries. Customers with different goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, mobility and balance improvement, and cardiovascular recovery.
