The price quoted is for a single 60 min training session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First a face to face conversation about your goals and needs. I will take the potential client through a fitness assessment. At that point I will offer a program I think would benefit the potential client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Person Training Certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine Nearly 20 years experience in working with athletes to the frail elderly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to have a positive impact in the lives of others after I became an active 40 year old. I had overcome smoking and a general malaise and thru a short conversation with a fellow runner realized a new world would could open up for me through this profession.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Evaluation of current fitness in consultation. Taking baseline measurements such as weight, girth of key areas and body composition. Designing, demonstrating and supervising the appropriate exercise program. Tracking progress and manipulation of training to continue the progress toward the client goal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The trainer you hire should have certification from a national organization. Have a reputation of excellent service and be a committed and important part of your new lifestyle.
