Introduction

Hi there! I am a NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer and ACE certified health coach. I come to you and I also work virtually and out of a small gym in West Hollywood. My goal is to help my clients feel strong, empowered and more importantly feel great! My in person workouts are one hour and my zoom sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes. I'll incorporate circuit training, weightlifting, cardio, sculpting and more! We will use balls, tubes, kettle bells, weights and bands to get your body in shape! I have a lot of clients that I rehab and I modify for injuries and other ailments. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum. I love people and I love meeting people from all walks of life with different fitness and health and wellness goals and helping them be the best version of themselves. I believe that working out is just as good for your mind as it is for your body and I love making people feel great both inside and out!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
If you come to Griffith Park I charge $70 per session. It's $80 for one session if I come you. Message me for more info on my rates, groups rates etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to chat before we meet so I can learn more about your goals and any issues or injuries you may have. Then when we meet, we will do an assessment and see how your body moves. Then we will talk about your diet and make a plan that works best for your body!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer. I am a Spinning Instructor and group fitness instructor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My mom is a personal trainer and I basically grew up in a gym. Like mother, like daughter they say!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have all kinds of clients of all different shapes and sizes with all different fitness goals. From young men and women who want to build muscle or lose weight, to older clients who want to lose weight or build muscle to repair injuries to senior citizens that just need to stretch and keep moving.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have a 92-year-old client who was no longer mobile. He would just sit in a chair all day and a friend of his reached out to me to see if I could help. Now I meet with him twice a week and make him move his body and get up and walk! It's amazing to see him move again. Also, I have a client who told me he would never do cardio. He would get winded after 10 regular squats. A few months in we ran a 5k together. It was incredible!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find someone whose personality gels with yours. Fitness is hard and not always fun for people. Find someone who will keep you motivated and also show you a great time!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know what you want. Set goals for yourself so I can help you achieve them. If you don’t know exactly what you want, let’s chat so I can help you figure it out one step at a time!
