Introduction

OFFERING REMOTE SERVICES. IN-PERSON TRAINING AVAILABLE AROUND ERIE, CO. Hi, my name is Krisztian! Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood. I started with track and field, then moved into martial arts starting with Kyokushin karate then Shaolin Kung Fu. I found interest in weight training shortly thereafter which is when my passion for fitness began. I became a certified personal trainer in 2009. After working with big box gyms for 5 years, I decided to put my experience and knowledge to use by starting my own personal training business in 2014. I was the strength and conditioning coach for the Buenaventura Swim Team in Ventura, CA for 2 years and the fitness coach for the After School Program at Pacific High School also in Ventura for 4 years. My focus is on weight loss, building lean muscle with customized workouts and meal plans. I always start by discussing your fitness goals and taking you through a complimentary fitness assessment to determine the best plan to reach your goals. During our individual sessions, I guide you every step of the way. I also offer custom-made workout plans for you to follow on your own if that's your preference. I mainly train remotely, but in-person training is also an option as long as you live in Erie, CO or surrounding areas. My certifications include: -NASM Certified Personal Trainer -NASM Weight Loss Specialist -NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist -NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist -NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach -NASM Senior Fitness Specialist -CPR/AED/First Aid Certified I look forward to connecting with you and start your fitness journey!

I offer a complimentary session as a fitness assessment. Then my compensation depends on what exactly you would like to achieve.

The first step should always be a fitness assessment, to evaluate the fitness condition that one starts with and to set up a goal to achieve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Consultant for the Ventura Unified School District and Strength and Conditioning Dry land Coach for the Buenaventura Swim Club. I have 25 years of experience in fitness and 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. I specialize in weight loss, building lean muscle and increasing endurance.

I am particularly proud of a very hardworking client of mine that I have been working with for over a year now. Within the first 9 months we lowered his body fat by 10.6%, which is remarkable!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I think the most important thing is to be comfortable with your trainer, so take advantage of complimentary sessions whenever it is offered, because it is a great way to get a first impression.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Having a goal in mind always helps, the more specific, the better. The professional should be able to take care of the rest.
