Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer various pricing options to fit every budget, and we're always happy to work with our clients to create a payment plan that works for them. We also offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first-time customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically like to meet with new customers in person or online to get to know each other a bit and discuss what they are looking for in terms of training. We'll talk about their fitness goals, timeline, and what kind of budget they are working with. Once we have a good understanding of what they are looking for, we can put together a training plan that fits their needs. From there, we'll get started with the first session and continue working together until the goals are met!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in the fitness industry 9 years ago at the Community College of Aurora with a Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate. I loved helping people reach their fitness goals and seeing their progress over time. After a few years as a trainer, I decided to start my own business to have more flexibility with my clients and their schedules. And that's how Alpha Life Fitness was born!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with all kinds of clients, from those who are just starting to get into shape to seasoned athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. No matter what level of fitness they are starting at, I love helping my clients reach their goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently had a client who was looking to lose weight and get in shape for her wedding. We worked together for 3 months and she made amazing progress! She lost 20 pounds, dropped 2 dress sizes, and felt amazing on her big day. It was so rewarding to see her reach her goals and feel confident on her wedding day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a trainer or fitness professional, it's important to find someone knowledgeable and experienced in the type of training you are looking for. It's also essential to find someone you feel comfortable working with and trust to help you reach your goals. Lastly, know your goals and expectations before starting any training program. This will help ensure that you and your trainer are on the same page.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are your goals? How much time do you have to dedicate to training? What is your budget for a trainer or fitness program? What kind of timeline are you working with? These are all important questions to consider before starting any training program. A clear understanding of your goals, timeline, and budget will help you find the right trainer or program.
