Hey, I’m Patrick Cortes!
I’m a certified trainer and the owner of a gym in Fayetteville, NC (which is still running strong!), but I recently took life by the reins and made the move to Colorado—and I’m loving it!
Right now, I’m traveling ( or training at a set location off Evans ) to clients and working with people who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. My approach? Make training fun while putting in real work to see real results.
With over 300+ transformations under my belt, I help people of all fitness levels achieve lasting progress. If you’re committed to your goals, I will get you there.

My name is Megan and I have been a personal trainer for over 7 years. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology, a degree in Psychology, am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I also worked for 2 years as a Physical Therapy Technician. I offer both private personal training as well as private (and small group) yoga sessions.
I have gotten many people out of nagging pain and helped them achieve strength goals that they didn't know were possible. I love working with people who are apprehensive about working out and helping them build confidence in the gym.
My prices are a little higher than what you might see from other trainers. I charge $125 per session, and this price is a reflection of the abundance of time and energy that I've spent learning about the human body. It is also a reflection of the time and energy that I will spend relentlessly moving YOU towards your goals!
Let's set up a time to chat and see if training together is a good fit :)

Our Gym is conveniently located off of I-25 and the County Line Exit in Englewood Colorado.
It is our mission to continue education in order to give our clients the best service possible. However, make no mistake there is a reason that "Personal" comes before "Trainer". The reason why we love what we do comes from the relationships with our clients, and the feeling of community we have created.
We currently have the only 2 Certified Amazing 12 Transformation Coach in Colorado.
We specialize in Body Transformation Programs, Corrective Exercise, Strength Training, Sport Performance, Functional Movement Patterns, and Overall Health. We have a B.S. In Exercise Science and Kinesiology from CMU. Amazing 12 Transformation Coach, Certified RKC Kettlebell Instructor, FMS 1 & 2, NCSF CPT, NCSF Sports Nutrition Specialist, Rock Blade Soft Tissue Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 and have serviced well over 50,000 personal training sessions and counting.
Overall health can usually be separated into 6 individual components: Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training/ Endurance, Flexibility/ Mobility, Nutrition, Supplementation, and most importantly Behaviors/ Mental Well Being. Only when all 6 of these are in harmony can we really unlock our true human potential. As with any program adherence is the key to successfully reaching our goals. The Sixth Union is achieved once we have maximized results, conquered previous goals and believe anything goal is achievable. The emotional transformation of this person begins to impact everyone around them, the client begins to become the trainer and one by one we gain the ability to impact the world.
