What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial Consultation: During this session we evaluate your goals, health background and initial measurements. We do a basic needs analysis and get super stoked for the first actual workout! Personal Training Session: Workouts are generated based on clients goals as well as the needs analysis. Personal Training Program: Developed for days working out with the trainer ( i.e. ME) as well as suggested workouts for off days. Nutritional Support Included

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started training in my undergrad degree working with our women's soccer team and some faculty members. From there, I worked at Get Fit Health club with over 30 clients. Being so passionate about prevention of health issues, I worked in California at a weight loss camp for ages 10- 26 years old. I enjoyed this so much it led me to continue my career working in gyms and then ultimately direct the camp years later. I LOVE what I do !
