What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First session is always FREE!! Additionally there are discounted rates for 1/2 sessions and package deals such as 10-Sessions saving you $100!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially a conversation about your goals and what you're looking to gain from working with me takes place. Then a fitness assessment is next to see what limitations or injuries if any are present. Finally moving in to structuring a workout program and schedule! The same thing applies to nutrition however, instead of a fitness assessment it would be talking about dietary restrictions and eating habits.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a few Certifications such as Personal Trainer, Speed Agility and Quickness Specialization, Nutritionist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always wanted to work in an area revolving around working with people and have had a passion for fitness ever since I was young. I decided to join the two and provide services such as Meal Planning and Personal Training to help other individuals experience similar transformations as I have and enjoy the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts! Everything from High School Athletes preparing for College Athletics to the elderly looking to improve their quality of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I have helped a few clients enhance their ability to do everyday tasks in their lives. In particular this ranges from one client being a better athlete to another who works as a CNA helping others! I really enjoy hearing the successes of my clients who are able to transfer what we do in the gym in to what they do outside of the gym.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to hire someone you can relate to and enjoy working with on a personal level. Fitness and Nutrition can be difficult and we as professionals are here to make that easier. However, it is important you find someone who you enjoy working with that helps you fall in love with the process!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your goals? What are your motivations? What areas do you need guidance in? Finally... What does your perfect life look like in terms of activity and food, what do you see yourself doing that ultimately makes you happy that you may be being held back to do now?
