Introduction

Hi, I’m Sierra, a passionate personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in movement science. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but my adventurous spirit brought me to North San Diego County in 2019 for college, and most recently, to Denver, Colorado, where I now call home. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2021, starting in commercial gyms while pursuing my degree at Cal State San Marcos, where I graduated in 2023. Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience working in private training spaces and alongside physical therapists, which has shaped my holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe in creating personalized plans that work for you—because every body is unique. My training philosophy centers around building strength, pushing your limits, and discovering how much your body is truly capable of. Whether you're looking to gain confidence, improve mobility, or elevate your fitness to new levels, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Outside of training, you can find me hiking, exploring the outdoors, playing with my two German Shepherds, or unwinding with a good book or painting. Let’s work together to build a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of you! I'm just getting started in Denver and would love to work with you!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer session packages (12 session pack, 24 session pack, etc). Each package does offer a payment plan with monthly payments, so the total amount does not have to be paid up front.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always start off with a free consultation. This is where we will talk more about your goals, take your measurements, and get a quick workout in. From there, we discuss different options and what might work best for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus in movement science. On top of that I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Stretch and Flexibility coach. I am also working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. I also have plans to attend physical therapy school in the future.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started personal training because once I quit swimming competitively, I knew I needed to stay active somehow. I started going to the gym, and trust me I went through every phase of learning how to workout. When I was first starting, I felt like there was so much misinformation and I had no idea where to start. I also dealt with disordered eating and knew that I wanted to help those I could with dealing with either one of those things. So, I started the journey to becoming a personal trainer. There are so many different approaches to fitness and I want to help you find what works best for you!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types of clients! I have worked with people who have had severe back, hip, and knee pain. I've worked with clients who just want to build a better workout routine and need some guidance. I've worked with people who want to lose weight. I've worked with people who want to gain weight. I've worked with people who had never stepped foot into a gym before. I love meeting new people and working with all kinds of people!
