I am a big believer in the mind and body connection and as a result, I focus on each client’s strengths and weaknesses to help bolster up their strengths and help them get past their challenges. In my 18 years in the fitness industry, I have worked with a very diverse clientele. I have trained athletes, military personnel, models and actors, people struggling with obesity, elderly clients, kids, and many people rehabbing from injuries. I am certified in personal training, yoga, and corrective exercise.
