Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Don't go into this bargain hunting. You'll get what you pay for. Ask yourself "Shouldn't the best investment and money spent be on my health and wellness?" And what actual frivolous or impulse buys have I made in the past that I could have devoted towards my wellbeing?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically do a complimentaty consult to see what the clients needs and concerns are. After this the process evolves into whether we are a good match for the task at hand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm a "Master Level Trainer" a few times over, meaning I have well over 10,000 hrs of one on one training logged in. The certifications and media coverage on my training are too numerous to answer here.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in this profession right out of college and it's the only job I've had as an adult. I just couldn't believe I was hired and getting paid to do something I found both exciting and so fulfilling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My clients have ranged from Professional athletes to student athlete, serious fitness enthusiasts, as well folks that just want to live and experience a better healthier lifestyle.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My most recent project is being certified as a Tactical Conditioning Specialist. I'm so looking forward to training Law Enforcement and Military Personel and improve upon their Physical Readiness for their specific positions and responsibilities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure to be honest about your commitment level. No one else should want this more than you. A trainer will help motivate you, but their job isn't to convince you to do it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask alot of questions and do not be afraid to offend. Ask about experience and credentials. Have they ever trained anyone with your needs or medical condition? What's their training style and methodology? Will nutrition and diet be part of the regimens? How will they hold you accountable? Etc
