Introduction

Before relocating to Fairfield county, I had been running a successful personal training business in New York City for over 15 years. I have extensive experience working with busy clients to help build a healthy and fit lifestyle in a way that is realsitic and sustainable for them. Wether that be losing weight or recovering from injuries and misalignments associated with sitting at a desk all day, I can help. My goal is to help clients lose weight, reduce stress, look and feel their best. As I transition my business to Fairfield County, I am available to take on a few new clients.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I believe consistency is the key to accomplishing any fitness goal. I provide discounts that reward consistency. (Package of 10 or 20 sessions)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
With all new clients, during the first session we discus your goals, eating habits, medical history, exercise history and anything else that may affect your progress. I will also walk you through a full body assessment to identify muscular imbalances and issues. This information will help me create an efficient and effective workout program for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I possess a BS in Health and Wellness as well as a NCSF corrective exercise certification. In the past I worked as a certified EMT for the FDNY, which gave me extensive additional knowledge of the human body.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the past 14 years I have worked with individuals of all fitness levels. Both men and Women from beginners trying to lose a few pounds to Division 1 athletes upping their game. I have also worked with many clients to help them recover from a variety of injuries and conditions from basic tendinitis to spinal surgery.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be sure the Fitness professional you hire is educated and qualified. They should also be organized and have a plan for you to see tangible progress.
