Introduction

I am honored to offer personal training and/or private yoga in the comfort of client’s home. Diverse forms of training are the signature of my sessions. From strength training using body weight and dumbbells, circuit training, suspension training to Barre, Pilates, Yoga Training, including Meditation/Breathing Technics. It is my belief that in order to stick to a lifelong training routine, one must cross train, mix different forms of training. Our sessions will be tailored to YOUR needs and wants in the privacy of your home at the perfect time for YOU. This is ideal but not limited to clients: • interested to receive undivided attention with hands on assists • interested to strengthen, lengthen and tone whole body • interested in meditation and deep restorative stretches • interested to train with partner (couple. small group ) • interested and open to different styles of training • with very busy schedules • with injuries and/or limitations • new to fitness training & Yoga • athletes interested to enhance their performance • interested to deepen & advance their yoga/fitness training • interested in Pilates-"abdominal s, buttocks, hips & thighs" • looking to go beyond the physical strength (not that the physical is not important)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$75 is the base price for 1 on 1 training but the rate could be lower or higher depending on multiple factors such as distance to your home, additional people to our sessions, time of the session, etc. Remember that your health is the best investment you can ever make!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. 20- 30 min. meeting to get to know each other 2. commit to 10 minimum sessions , 2-3 times x week 3. start our first session the following week of our initial meet Payment is due in full at the beginning of our first session. I DO NOT work with couple of sessions. It's not effective in my experience.
