Your first session is always free! This makes sense so we can meet, you can try out coaching, and I can see where you're at. If you'd like to continue, we've got a 30-day kickstart program (1-1 or small group) for $219.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially, we'll discuss your goals, challenges, past experiences, and where you want to be. I want you to be your strongest, have more energy, love yourself, and be your best. So, we devise a plan to help you hit your goals that will include recommendations for fitness, nutrition, and mental strength as needed. Then, we monitor your progress and troubleshoot together to get you results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After overcoming my own health problems and developing a fascination for performance, I decided to start my own gym to help others discover the joy of being healthy. I love teaching people and seeing clients break through barriers they never thought were possible. Whether it's being able to play with their kids, improve sport performance, or change their bodies, seeing people become their best self is truly amazing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with clients from age 9 to 81, both men and women, and Olympic hopefuls to true beginners. I've helped people lose weight, improve their strength, and prepare for sporting events. After my wife and had our daughter, I really enjoy working with parents because I relate to the struggle of balancing a career, family, and health.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client of mine asked me if she could see her records from the prior year for a specific exercise (the leg press). It was exciting when she realized that over the past year she'd nearly doubled her leg press weight year over year. However, it was mind-boggling when she realized last year's weight was with 2 feet on the press and this year was with 1 foot.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who has a true passion for fitness/nutrition and who spends most of their day in this line of business. Most importantly, be comfortable with the pro you're working with. You should "vibe" and trust them in order for the relationship to be successful.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
