What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You need to commit 100% in changing something. Half ass commitment means half ass results. Don't start until you're ready to take the plunge. Nobody wants success more than your coaches and trainers. We take a personal investment in your success. It means a lot to us, especially as a lot of us are ex-athletes and are competitive by nature. A client not meeting there goals reflects poorly on us and we want to see you succeed!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do you want to achieve and more importantly why? Not having a clear direction and motive will kill any plan before it can get legs. Are you ready to make lifestyle changes? You'll learn a lot (maybe even some things that you didn't want to). Make sure you're open and ready for change to get the most out of any program or plan.
