Introduction

" Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't do” My name is Kevin Mangini and I have been working as a personal trainer since 2007. I currently hold a certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I generally work with the general population consisting of clients ranging from adolescents to seniors. As a trainer , I strive to fit exercises to clients, not clients to exercises. Some exercises aren’t right for certain individuals , or at least at the moment. I work to select exercises based on the individual’s ability and they can safely perform . I do my best to obtain important information on the client’s goals and any physical limitations to meet where they’re at with their current fitness level and still give them what they want, fun and challenging workouts . The workouts I generally prescribe for clients consist of mobility , flexibility, core training , locomotive movements, balance training, cardio interval training, and of course strength training . Again the workout is safely tailored to the individual . I also provided nutritional guidance and lifestyle modifications to further assist in helping one achieve their fitness goals . “See the results , feel the difference” References available upon request!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on how many sessions purchased . A discount may be given for purchasing a larger package. Customers can be non-members to train at my facility and enjoy some of the other amenities the facility has to offer

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Complimentary consultation at my facility . We will discuss your fitness goals, past exercise experience, any medical or physical conditions, a skeletal muscle mass/body fat test (optional) , and a brief movement assessment. Then a customized workout and workout schedule will be proposed to the customers and the appropriate amount of sessions as well.

Always have been a fitness enthusiast. Started exercising regularly in high school.

All ages ranging from adolescents to seniors citizens. I have trained with individuals with chronic diseases, injuries, and post rehabilitation injuries.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Working with the staff nutritionist and social media department to discuss working with one of our clients on his journey to lose 50 lbs in a year and a half . Very rewarding to train with this person !

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the trainer matches up with your needs and goals . Ask as many questions needed, and also ask for references and and their years of experience as a fitness professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many days of week would I need for training? That will be discussed at the consultation on what will be appropriate to start . Will I be given exercises to do on my own ? (Homework). Absolutely. Through notes from the session or videos taken during the session with your consent Will I be given a nutrition plan ? Nutritional advice Can I expect results? With a positive mindset and consistency absolutely 👍🏻
