What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1 - FREE Consultation Session Let's meet and discuss your goals. Everyone's fitness goals are unique, lets take a moment to gather specific information about you, so we can craft the best strategy to keep you motivated and successful. Step 2 - Evaluation Session We all start somewhere. This session serves as a baseline session where I record and evaluate your current fitness level and establish a starting point for your training plan. Step 3 - Comprehensive Program Time to move. Once we have determined the approach, we begin your customized program, combining healthy eating and fitness training.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a recent client that wanted to get in shape for their 35th birthday. We scheduled 4 sessions a week for 2 months. With the addition of a tailored meal plan, they were able to achieve the goal. It was incredibly rewarding as a trainer to see them score a lifestyle win and feel happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Anyone considering hiring a trainer needs to ask themselves: Will my trainer keep me accountable? Accountability is instrumental in getting results. As your trainer, it is my job to make sure you are following the program and ensure you do not 'fall off the wagon', lose interest, or stagnate. I have a proactive approach and you will notice the benefits. Achieving results requires a combination of healthy eating and fitness training. Your trainer needs to understand how to incorporate a diet plan into your specific program. Different meal plans are necessary for different goals. The trainer needs to be able to create a plan that is right for you and your body type. I have worked with clients who are focused on weight loss and clients who are looking to build muscle. Each of these requires a completely different customized approach.
