I have had the pleasure of providing clients the service of awesome personal training and weight loss for 20 years. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Free consultation to establish the most efficient training program and nutrition guideline 2. Measurement: body fat testing, weight and inches. Before pictures if the client is ok with it to have something to compare when they start making changes. 3. First workout: full body workout. The objective is just to establish a baseline. To see what the client is good at and what they would need the most work on.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. It's allowed me to share with others what has been important to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with clients ranging from middle school athletes to individuals in their 80's maintaining a quality lifestyle and professional athletes increasing the performance and output by fractions of a percent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding a trainer that has the ability to listen to your needs and addresses them rather than imposing his/her goals on you is important.
