What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The customer should be aware that most of trainers have various pricing for our services. They range depending on time and additional implementations. For me, I do single sessions as well as packages that will lower rates if the client is looking to save and to guarantee the timeline of meeting our goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we begin with an initial phone consultation. This is my approach to establish a good foundation in getting to know the potential client and his/her specific goals. From there, we’re have an on-site consultation to show the facility and begin the process of laying out the blueprint that will describe the timeline of meeting their planned goals. This ensures we agree and begin working as a team to meet these goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Sports & Exercise Science endorses by the university. Additionally, I obtained several Accredited Certifications through the ISSA, ACE, and NFTA

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with customers who are looking to lose weight, strength and condition, sports-specific training, flexibility & Nutrition.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project I was able to assist in meeting a client’s goal is Vanessa, a weight loss client. We were able to lose 10 pounds and several inches off her waist, hips & arms in a matter of 4 weeks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the “proof is in the pudding”. Look at their history with clients and a proven track record of success with them.
